SignalVista does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, portfolio management, brokerage services, custody services, or trade execution.

SignalVista uses a self-hosted open-source analytics platform operated within the European Union.

Analytical and operational monitoring data are hosted in France on infrastructure provided by o2switch.

SignalVista does not use invasive advertising trackers, cross-site behavioural advertising technologies, or third-party advertising networks.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, visuals, software, layouts, text, analytics, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

SignalVista and LaTulipe SAS retain all rights unless explicitly stated otherwise.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SignalVista and LaTulipe SAS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, financial, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • investment decisions
  • market losses

Users acknowledge that financial markets involve uncertainty and that analytical tools cannot eliminate investment risk.
